The Dzamefe Commission has revealed that it is still waiting on government to set for a date for them to submit their report.
Public relations officer of the Commission Thomas Boakye Agyeman revealed this in an interview with Citi Sports on Tuesday.
This comes amid concerns that nothing has been heard of the Commission since its work came to a close on December 2014.
The three-man commission was established by President John Dramani Mahama last year and given the mandate to look into the factors that contributed to poor performance of the Black Stars in the 2014 World Cup.
He indicated that the Commission had already written to the presidency and the Ministry of Youth and Sports to inform them that the Dzamefe Commission was ready to submit its report.
In all, about 85 witnesses appeared before the Commission both in public and in camera.
