Ghanaian striker Yahaya Mohammed was on target and provided an assist for his Libyan side Al Ittihad in their 6-1 drubbing of Elect Sport of Chad in the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round qualifier.
The former Kotoko player’s goal added to the brace from Mutassem Abushnaf and other strikes from Faisal Badri and Moatassem Sabo.
The Tripoli-based have almost but qualified for the next round of the competition. Mohammed’s countryman Nuru Sulley played the entire duration for Al Ittihad Tripoli.
