Veteran Ghanaian rapper, Tinny has lost his father who has also notably worked as the producer of his son, Ricky Tetteh Quaynor to cancer after a long battle with the debilitating disease.
The sad incident occurred on Friday, February 13, 2015 but the ‘Makola Kwakwe’ rapper, who couldn’t offer details in his state of grief, broke the news to GhBase after his father died at the Labadi Polyclinic.
“He died at the Labadi Polyclinic. He is the one who has consecutively produced me right from ‘Makola Kwake’ till date. He has been my backbone all these years. It’s sad but the Lord knows best. I shall fill you in later,” Tinny said.
Tinny’s late father, also his manager aside acting as his producer, has been the most visible presence around him since he started his career over 20 years ago.
