Avram GrantBlack Stars coach Avram Grant wants to share his experience when he meets up with local trainers in a lecture. The 60-year-old has lined up courses and seminars to upgrade the knowledge of local coaches in the modern trends of the game, which is an additional responsibility to his coaching job in his two-year contract. This is a departure from the past when expatriate coaches appointed to handle the Stars focused mainly on the senior national team job.The former Chelsea coach says he’s looking forward to learn from the local trainers.Yes the Association asked me to do a seminar or lecture on that. Personally I think it’s both ways, first I want to share with them what I know and believe about football and to have them tell me what they also know,” he told the Ghana FA website.“I don’t think I know everything about football but because I have experience around the world that’s what I bring to the national team to share my experience on and off the pitch. And I think my staff in the national team were happy about that and I was also happy.“I must tell you, people showed a lot of passion, the staff, the FA President, the vice president, the Chairman of the management committee etc. They all showed lots of passion so I will not say I’ ve come to teach but I will come to share my experience in a lecture and if someone wants to give me a good idea, I will be happy and welcome it.”
