Deputy Ashanti Regional Minister, Joseph Yammin, has urged the youth to join hands in nation building devoid of politics.
The minister who was addressing youth of Akrokerri in the Adansi north district of the Ashanti region during the inauguration of the Unique fun club urged the youth to overcome their political divisions using the fun club.
Fun clubs are not just about merry making but also nation building”, he told them.
Joseph Yammin who was chairman for the occasion emphasized the need to unique-funclubmobilize the club towards the success of the National sanitation day exercise to keep the nation clean.
He promised to join them clean up Akrokerri soon in one of the national sanitation day clean-up exercises.
Several other fun clubs including partisan political clubs attended the event in their numbers and showed solidarity with the latest club in the town.
Mr. Yammin appreciated their maturity and noted that Akrokerri will be on the highway to development if they continued in that spirit of oneness, irrespective of political affiliation.
