Benjamin Asamoah: Ghanaian starlet scores in Atletico Madrid B win over Real Union in Spanish third-tier


Ghanaian attacking midfielder Benjamin Asamoah scored the second goal for Atletico Madrid B as they posted a comfortable 2-0 win over Real Union in the Spanish Segunda B on Sunday morning. 

The 21-year-old sealed the win for the home side at the Cerro del Espino Campo Artificial with a neat finish in the 90th minute.

The midfielder has now scored two goals in the Segunda B for Atletico Madrid B who are in the drop zone of their section.

Asamoah started his career at Atletico youth along with midfielder Thomas Teye Partey – now at Almeria and Dennis Appiah who is at the club’s U19 side.
