The world’s most expensive football: Messi-signed ball scoops 45,000

One of the World’s most expensive footballer has put his signature to a ball to make it the most-expensive football after it was sold for £45,000, UK’s Daily Mai has reported

The ball was sold at a UNICEF auction in London to raise funds for the ‘1 in 11’ campaign.

About 17 items were auctioned last Thursday to bring the total funds raised to more than £2.7million

A painting of the three times Ballon d’Or winner Messi fetched more than £365,000.
