Ghana ace Kwadwo Asamoah cleared by Juventus to start training in two weeks

Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah can return to training in two weeks, after a checkup on his knee injury gave positive news.

The Juventus ace has been out since November after undergoing surgery to repair cartilage in his left knee.

However, in a statement on their official website, the Bianconeri announced that the former Udinese man will soon return to training.

The statement read: “Kwadwo Asamoah… returned to Barcelona yesterday for a check-up following his knee surgery in December.

“Dr. Ramon Cugat, who performed the operation, said he was extremely satisfied with the progress made by the midfielder and gave him the green light to start running again within the next two weeks.

“Further tests will be conducted in the next month to ascertain his exact return date.”
