Ghana coach Avram Grant is not contemplating leaving his position for a job in the English Premier league according to his agent Rubie Shaif.
Grant,a former Chelsea and West Ham manager led Ghana to the final of the AFCON and has been linked with the vacant job at Loftus Road after the departure of Harry Redknapp from Queens Park Rangers.
“Avram loves the Premier League, but obviously he is under contract with the Ghana Football Association and he is very happy with how things have gone so far, helping the country go so close to winning the African Nations Cup,” Rubie told ESPN FC.
“I know the people at QPR and Aston Villa very well and I really hope they stay up in the Premier League.
“Avram is focused on the job he has got with Ghana, but in football you just never know what might happen.”
Grant has settled into his new role and was seen attending a local league fixture in Accra on Wednesday and is also expected to organise coaching clinics to improve standards.
