Members of the Black Stars are to benefit a $25,000 each package (aside all other bonuses) from their head line sponsor GNPC for placing second at the 30th African Cup of Nations hosted by Equatorial Guinea.
The announcement was made by the his Excellency, President John Dramani Mahama at the Flag Staff House in Accra when the team led by the President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kwesi Nyantakyi went to greet the first man on the land and show him the awards they won at the continent’s biggest event.
He also acknowledged official Black Stars bank, Unibank who also donated $200,000 to the team.
