Ladoja Urges Oyo Residents To Collect PVCs

Rasheed LadojaThe governorship candidate of Accord Party in Oyo State, Senator Rashidi Ladoja, has pleaded with people of the state to collect their Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs), so that they can vote in the forthcoming elections.

The governorship candidate also called on his followers to troop out en masse and vote for the Accord Party, saying the party, if elected, would put an end to pervasive poverty in the state and end the spate of misrule and “gross mismanagement of the All Progressives Congress (APC) government” in Oyo State.

Ladoja stated this during his campaign rallies in Ogbomoso, recently, just as many residents of the town, who attended the rallies, vowed to ensure a clean sweep for Accord Party in the elections.

According to Senator Ladoja, “the time has come for the people of Oyo State to choose wisely”, adding that he is the only candidate among other governorship aspirants in the state who can actualise their dreams by engendering good governance, which he claimed, has eluded them since he left office a few years back.

“It is important that everyone of you collect your PVCs, because that is the only weapon you have to chase away this government. I implore you to go and collect them so that you would not be prevented from voting.

“We can do it together. We can put in place good governance; we can provide better education for our children; we can end poverty and chase away unemployment; we can make things work together. This is why it’s important you collect your PVCs so as to be able to vote for Accord Party, because it is the only party that can ensure the realization of all these noble programmes”, he added.
