SWAG urge Black Stars to go for the cup

Members of the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG have commended the senior national team the Black Stars for qualifying to the grand final of the 2015 African Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea.

Sammy Heywood Okine Deputy General Secretary said the team has done well because they are tactically disciplined and play as a team. He predicted a win for Ghanaian on Sunday.

Helga Gokah a member of the Association said she feels that the cup is coming to Ghana and wants to go to Equatorial Guinea to cheer up the Black Stars. She expressed that the nation was very angry with the performance at the FIFA World Cup. but they have proved that Ghana is still the best in African Football,

Joojo Ephson another member of the Association commended the coach and wished him a Happy Birth Day. He said the Black Stars has all that it takes to be champions again, so the must be serious with the last game and win handsomely.

George Larry Botchway of the Ministry of Youth and Sports said Ghana is destined to win in 2015 so the fans must come back and support the team to conquer the Elephants.

Ghana and Cote DVoire have met so many times and the records say Ghana has won 10 times CIV won 8 and they have played 6 drawn games.

Meanwhile SWAG is represented at the tournament by the General Secretary.
