Captain Asamoah Gyan could not make the starting line-up for the Black Stars semi-finals match against Equatorial Guinea after failing to pass a late fitness test.
His position has therefore been occupied by Jordan Ayew who will pair up with Kwesi Appiah upfront.
Razak Braimah maintains his position in post alongside Harrison Afful, John Boye, Jonathan Mensah and Baba Rahman.
Deputy skipper Andre Ayew, who will take over the captain’s armband due to Gyan’s absence, will lead the midfield comprising Christian Atsu, Afriyie Acquah and Mubarak Wakaso.
