Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) yesterday presented assorted prizes to the top three winners in its Deposit & Win promotion, which was held from September to December 2014.
The purpose of the promotion was to reward loyal customers by encouraging them to improve their savings culture, Alfred Nene Akotia, Executive Head of Retail Banking at adb, said.
‘The huge benefit of the adb Deposit & Win promo was that everybody was a winner since it was not a game of chance. Each customer was rewarded with an instant prize after a deposit was made at any adb branch.’
Quaque Samuel Noble, an agronomist, won the first prize and took home an iPhone 5s, GH¢500 shopping voucher and adb souvenirs, while Moro Yakubu, a fuel dealer from Garu-Tempane, received a Samsung Galaxy S5, GH¢500 shopping vouchers and adb souvenirs for emerging the first runner up.
Awudu Azuma, a customer of adb at its Bole branch, who emerged the second runner up, also received a Samsung Galaxy S5, GH¢500 worth of shopping vouchers and souvenirs of the bank.
The bank plans to hold more promotions soon to give existing and prospective customers wonderful experience of its numerous services.
adb is putting finalizing plans to list on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) this year to offer Ghanaians more stake in its operations.
