Kwesi Appiah was delighted about his performance and now aims to start the game against Equatorial Guinea.
The player told Joy FM in Accra:
‘It is absolutely fantastic to get off the mark on a competitive game for Ghana.
‘I appreciate that is a team and everybody has got their bit to give and hopefully, I did that. We’ve got few days to train and hopefully I can do my best in the training sessions to keep my spot in the team.’
