Extraordinary Ghanaian rapper Edem known in real life as Denning Edem Hotor has disclosed veteran hiplife artist Okyeame Kwame and Star FM’s drive time host Bola Ray are more than angels to his music career.
The rapper who spoke to Naa Klordey Odonkor on Ultimate FM hours prior to the release of his anticipated new single Angels & Demons disclosed the Ghanaian music industry was saturated with both Angels and Demons hence the need to keep to the angels just when one found them.
Speaking on who some of the angels in the industry were, the Bra Fremi hitmaker quickly mentioned Okyeame Kwame and Bola Ray.
“Aside all the flaws we have in life which Okyeame Kwame and Bola Ray are not exempted, they remain angels to me. They are great personalities who have inspired me to get to where I am today. They are people who believe in young acts and are always ready to direct your path to greatness”.
Asked if he could mention any of the devils, Edem laughed and stated;
“I don’t want to give the evil ones followers by mentioning them but I can only advise that people tread cautiously so they could identify who the angels were and who the evil ones were”.
Speaking on his latest album Books and Rhymes, Edem revealed the album was doing incredibly well and was ready to embark on a regional promotional tour for the album. He also disclosed his plan for 2015 was to collaborate on 100 songs and release a single each month.
His next single is expected soon and will be titled February.
