Guinea midfielder Kevin Constant has hailed the Black Stars ahead of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations quarter-final clash in Malabo on Sunday.
“That’s a great team (Black Stars), and they have great players but we will do our best,” Constant said.
During the 2015 AFCON qualifiers, the Black Stars drew 1-1 with Guinea in Morocco in the first leg before handing out a 3-1 win over the Syli Nationale in the reverse encounter in Tamale.
Though he admits Guinea is familiar with the Black Stars, Constant is not 100 percent confident of clinching a win over Avram Grant’s side.
“We know Ghana and they know us so we will try,” the Trabzonspor player added.
The Black Stars have met Guinea on four occasions since 2008, recording 2 wins and 2 stalemates against the Syli Nationale.
