Seidu Mutawakilu Goalkeeper

Black Meteors goalkeeper, Seidu Mutawakilu is set to make his debut for Hearts of Oak in this season’s Ghana Premier League in a match-day 3 fixture against Medeama SC at the Essipong Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The former Asante Kotoko glovesman has been handed a starting role in the Phobians line-up by Coach Herbert Addo, replacing Tetteh Luggard.

The 20-year-old shot-stopper’s presence in Hearts of Oak’s post is expected to reduce the team’s disappointing concession of 4 goals in the defeat to Berekum Chelsea in midweek.

Vincent Atinga and Richard Yamoah are the two other players, who are preparing to make their debuts in the domestic top flight for Phobians.

Below are the starting lineups for both Hearts of Oak and Medeama SC:

Hearts XI: Seidu Mutawakilu, Joseph Owusu Bempah, Abdul Fatawu, Kweku Andoh, Vincent Atinga, Richard Yamoah, Paul Acquah, Emmanuel Hayford, Gilbert Fiamenyo, Selasie Adjei, Isaac Mensah.

Medeama XI: Foli Adade, Hans Kwoffie, Daniel Amoah, Malik Akowuah, Nathaniel Asamoah, Alhaji Yusif, Nurudeen, Samuel Adade, Kofi Agyare, Benjamin Bature, Idan Commey, Boahene Kwame.
