Central Regional Chairman of the NDC, Bernard Allotey Jacobs has threatened to embark on a one-man demonstration against the management committee of the Black Stars if the team loses its match against Algeria on Friday.
The senior national team started the on-going African Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament on a bad note losing to Senegal 2-1.
The Senegalese equalised in the second half of the Group C opener before adding a second on the 90th-minute mark to pick all three maximum points.
The loss leaves the Black Stars in third position on the Group C table ahead of South Africa, who also gave up an early lead to lose 3-1 against Algeria.
Thus a loss against Algeria would ensure a slimming of the chances of the Stars to qualify for the knock-out stages of the competition.
The thought of taking an early bow out of the tournament seems a bitter pill for the NDC politician.
Speaking on Peace FM on Wednesday, Mr Allotey Jacobs threatened to demonstrate against the GFA if they fail to ensure the Stars qualify.
The demonstration, he said, would include constant naming and shaming of the members of the Black Stars management committee on the airwaves.
He also condemned the GFA for sacking local coach Kwesi Appiah.
