Asante Kotoko is preparing to appoint a Technical Director for Head Coach Masud Dramani ahead of the Porcupine Warriors’ CAF Champions League campaign next month, DailySoccerGhana.com sources have revealed.
The latest development is in sharp contrast to an earlier revelation by the Chairman of Kotoko’s Champions League Committee, Ali Maradona, that the club was seeking to hire a technical advisor.
The ex-Black Maidens trainer is yet to confirm his acceptance of the new decision though the identity of the incoming tactician is unknown.
Kotoko is preparing to fly to Free Town to open their 2015 CAF Champions League campaign against East End Lions in the first leg tie on the weekend of 13-15 February.
