Allsports.com.gh can report that King Faisal have served a writ to the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
The writ, which was handed to the association through its lawyer Thaddeus Sory, was also served on Premier League side, Aduana Stars by the Kumasi-based club, allsports understands.
Sources tell Allsports.com.gh that the GFA had failed to provide the undertaken stated as part of the lifting of the previous injunction by a Human Rights Court which allowed the delayed league season to proceed.
According to Alhaji Grusah’s side, the Ghana FA were supposed to pass a resolution at Congress which could have allowed them to play in the Ghana Premier League if they win the case.
The case will be heard on January 28, 2015.
The league which should have started in September was put on hold because of the lawsuit filed against the FA by King Faisal football Club contesting the legitimacy of their relegation from the elite football division.
