UBA GHANA recently outdoored a new corporate attire for its front office operations staff in all of its banking halls across the country.
Explaining the rationale behind that, Abiola Bawuah, MD of UBA Ghana, indicated that the bank decided to outdoor its new attire on to symbolise the bank’s new commitment for service delivery.
‘At UBA, we pay close attention to service quality, hence the need to go a step further in grooming staff who, on daily basis, interact with our customers. It is our belief that the energy and confidence the corporate attire has generated already will impact the excellent customer service delivery disposition for 2015,’ she concluded.
Adedayo Adesipo, Chief Operations Officer, in a remark, advised front office staff to ensure that customer experience on the shop floors became a point of reference in the industry.
In a short interaction, the front office staff expressed their appreciation to the bank for adorning them with a new corporate attire which strongly elicited the UBA brand personality of energy, boldness and confidence.
