Ghana will leave their camping base in Seville, Spain, on Wednesday night and head to Equatorial Guinea for the start of the Nations Cup.
Head coach Avram Grant and his charges are expected to have camped for ten days by that time.
They are expected to arrive at their base in Mongomo the following day, four days before their Group C opener against Senegal.
Ghana have played against Dutch Eredivise side SC Camburr and Portuguese second-tier side Olhanense in pre-tournament friendlies.
Black Stars will also play Algeria on 23 January and South Africa four days later.
