UBA renews commitment to quality service

UBA Ghana has outdoored a new corporate attire for its front office operations staff in all its banking halls across the country.

Explaining the rationale behind this, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO), Mr Abiola Bawuah, indicated that the bank decided to outdoor the new attire on the first working day of the year to symbolise the bank’s new commitment to quality service delivery.

“At UBA, we pay close attention to service quality, hence the need to go a step further in grooming the staff, who on daily basis interact with our customers”, he stated.

The Chief Operations Officer of the bank, Mr Adedayo Adesipo, advised them to ensure that customer experience on the shop floor became a point of reference in the industry.

He expressed appreciation to the bank for adorning them with a new corporate attire which strongly elicits the UBA brand personality of energy, boldness and confidence.
