Former Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong has reminded his followers about his footballing abilities on Instagram this week.
The 22-year-old, who only made six appearances for Arsenal while under contract with the Gunners, is now plying his trade in the Russian second division with unfashionable club FC Ufa.
The Ghanaian has only managed to make a handful of games for his new employers, raking up just 575 minutes of playing time in 9 matches in the first half of his domestic season.
Nevertheless, Frimpong has had one assist in Russia, in which the midfielder ran 60-yards upfield to turn defence into attack in a blistering show of pace and determination.
