Asem reminds us of 2014 with single ‘More Fylla’

Known as the controversial hip hop artiste in Ghana, Nana Wiafe Asante Mensah popularly known as Asem has released another year-review-track dubbed ‘More Fylla’.

‘More Fylla’ is a controversial song which sums up all the events that occurred in the country in 2014. The song started with the ‘kpakpakpa movement’ saga after which Asem introduced the sad, funny, annoying, scandalous and happy moments in 2014.

Asem in his ‘More Fylla’ track made mention of issues like the demise of Professor Awoonor at the Westgate Mall shooting in Kenya, Reggie Rockstone joining VIP, Yvonne Nelson’s skin bleaching issue, Kwaw Kese’s weed smoking ‘wahala’, Black Star’s Brazil 2014 World Cup bonus and it’s Commission saga, Komla Dumor’s death, Deborah Vanessa’s ‘petite’ butt and a lot more.

It’s interesting how the controversial rapper was able to recollect all that went on in the past year into a song. But on the other hand he was on point with the ups and downs of 2014.

His other controversy which caused stirs in the country was his first single, ‘Give me Blow’ which was deemed to be too sexually explicit and his 2010 ‘Fylla’ single which featured the latest gossip in the Showbiz world.
