Paper Transfer Talk: Luis Suarez to return to England?

Manchester City midfielder James Milner is a transfer target for English Premier League rivals Liverpool, the Times reports. Brendan Rodgers wants to sign the England international as his contract with the Etihad outfit expires at the end of the season.
