The friendly will help coach Avram Grant test his squad ahead of naming his final 23-man squad by Wednesday midnight to meet CAF’s deadline for the submission of squads.
Ghana, unlike other finalists for the tournament, have been struggling secure quality pre-tournament friendlies to test their battle readiness.
Cambuur lie seventh on the Dutch Eredivisie table after the first half of the season.
