BBA Hotshots’ Kacey Moore starts New Year in Ghana with poetry and music

Poetry and Music started the New Year with Ghana’s rep at the 2014 Big Brother Africa (BBA Hotshots), Kacey Moore, who staged a sequel of his poetry show at Rina’s Restaurant of the Osu Oxford Street Mall.

A repeat of the Boxing Day show dubbed, Kacey Moore and Friends Poetry and Music Night with the Stars, lined up an array of talents who gave the audience a taste of contemporary poetry and music.

Kacey Moore brought his A-Game as he performed his poems including Ghana Wee Dey, Electricity In My City (EIMC) among other masterpieces.

Among guests present were Selly of BBA The Chase fame with her boyfriend Big J aka Praye Tietia.

Other artistes who expressed their musical and poetical flairs included Ms Ivy, singer from New York City, rapper Anane Larry, poet Eli and an acoustic band called The Clue.

The icing on the cake was The Clue, made up of the trio, Harry, Richie and Stephano who sang renditions of local and foreign popular songs of various ages complemented by an acoustic guitar and their near perfect voices. The audience kept asking for more from the performers who entertain at Rina’s Restaurant each and every Thursday evening.

Kacey Moore will be performing on January 3 at the 5th Annual Dansoman Homecoming Festival 2015 at the Dansoman Liberty Park.
