Trabzonspor to lose five players during the Nations Cup

Trabzonspor who sit 13 points behind Besiktas in the Turkish Super Lig will lose five of their players during the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.

The Algerian duo Carl Medjani and Essiad Belkalem, Mali international Mustapha Yatabaré, Ghana international Abdul Majeed Waris and the Guinea international Kevin Constant will be missing for up to three weeks for Trabzonspor.

The Black Sea Storm will be without their two first choice centre backs which may force the club to dip into the transfer market in January.

The 2015 Africa Cup of Nations which will be hosted by Equatorial Guinea. is held from 17 January to 8 February 2015.
