Customers who typically access MTN Mobile Money services through *170# are therefore advised to use either My MTN menuon their phones or the Internet Channel at https//mobilemoney.mtn.com.gh.
MTN wishes to apologize to *170# channel usersfor intermittent delays they arecurrently experiencing with that channel.
While the MTN technical team works tirelessly to resolve the issue, affected customerswho haven’t already done so are encouraged to visit any MTN Branch or Store to activate their SIM Menu as this will enable them access Mobile Money serviceseasily..
