Tyme Out with Tee A Has His London Concert Postponed

I just got news that the London edition of the popular Tyme Out With Tee A comedy concert has been postponed.

Reliable sources reveal that the London concert, which was initially set to hold at The Broadway Theatre, Catford, on Sunday September 28, has now been put on hold with a new date to be announced in due course.

Put together by Tee A, one of Nigeria’s most recognizable comedians, the event was scheduled as a concert as well as a live recording of the popular TV family show aired on Nigerian TV stations with a large following, notable faces like Ice Prince, Yvonne Nelson, Princess, Ramsey Nouah, MC Abbey and others were meant to feature as guests.

Tee A said the postponement ‘is necessary because of logistics issues.’

While the concert is now to hold on another date to be announced later, ticket holders have been assured of refunds.

‘We’re working to make sure we deliver a show London will not forget and this time, it will be a special gift for the fans, with no fees attached to attendance,’ organisers of the show said.

‎Speaking on the decision to take the show beyond Nigeria when the London concert was announced, Tee-A said it was a decision driven by demands and requests of many Nigerians and Africans beyond the shores of Nigeria.

‘Tyme Out With Tee-A has been a Nigerian show for the past decade and at the advent of the Internet and YouTube, people outside Nigeria began to have more access to it apart from watching on TV.

‘The demand has been crazy and I’m glad we can now take the show to the passionate fans who have been asking for it,’ he said then.
