The Ghana Advertisers Association and other advertising stakeholders have been directed to remove giant bill boards sited in places which could distract road users and result in accidents.

According to them some of the bill boards impede the sight of motorists, pedestrians and other users whiles others are not strong enough to withstand heavy storms.

A cross section of road users who spoke to Ultimate Radio complained some of the lights were sometimes blur which affect their vision.

Some drivers also alluded to the fact that they sometimes have to hunk at pedestrians who lost concentration watching these fancy bill boards to get them out of danger.

He stated that a task force is expected to be soon commissioned with the mandate to go around and pull down these billboards.
