Tigo Ghana Ltd., operators of mobile network giant Tigo, has launched fully-repackaged data bundle plans in a bid to offer more value to its customers. The new packages which are volume-based replace all other data packages and represent an enhancement over the the old packages.
Tigo, in response to requests from customers for increased browsing speed and more value for their money is rolling out these new service offers to help improve user experience as well as improve the price per data bundle packages.
With these new offers, customers can subscribe to one of eight packages on offer and also choose one of two options to have their bundle either automatically renewed or do so themselves.
For customers who choose the auto renewal packages, they get double the value of their purchase. Customers can subscribe to the new offers by dialing *500#, *124# and *123# on the captive portal, or simply calling 500 and 555.
Disclosing the intent behind Tigo’s new data plans Jesse Agyepong, Head of Marketing at Tigo Ghana stated that the unveiling of these new data packages fit into the overall Tigo agenda to empower its customers digitally.
He reiterated his belief that the new data plans would offer the best for customers in their browsing needs.
