Photos: Joy FM’s Super Morning Show goes to Nigeria; highlights Ebola scare

Joy FM’s Super Morning Show (SMS) team took Ghana’s most listened to show to Nigerian capital, Lagos to highlight the battle against the deadly Ebola pandemic.

The Ebola virus is currently spreading across West Africa. The virus has killed over 2,000 people in Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Nigeria since the latest outbreak began in February, according to the World Health Organisation.

Host of the SMS, Kojo Yankson, Programmes Director at Joy FM, Kofi Ansah, and Sedem Ofori were in the Nigerian capital to highlight some key lessons Ghana can learn from its West African brother.

The Incidence Manager at the Ebola Emergency Centre, Lagos, Nigeria Dr. Oguntimehin Olukayode advised Ghana that anxiety over the disease can make the situation worse.
