Satellites Depart Accra Today

Ghana’s Black Satellites are scheduled to depart Accra later today for the Gabonese capital of Libreville for their return leg encounter of the African Youth Championship qualifier with Gabon.

The first leg saw Ghana draw 0-0 with their counterparts at the Accra Sports Stadium.

In order to ensure safe qualification head coach Sellas Tetteh has named an 18-man squad who would consistute the team to play in Gabon.

Coach Tetteh is hoping the current team would achieve the desired results as he stated ahead of his departure that his ambition was to go into every game with a winning mentality.

The Coach is chasing his second participation in the next year’s Africa Championship after he guided the team to win gold in the 2009 U-20 World Cup in Egypt and also bronze in Turkey last year.
