An important stakeholder in the Nigerian film industry, Thompson Ukeki, in his effort to give back to the society, has organised a beauty pageant to discover new talents and make others superstars in the entertainment industry.
Ukeki is organising the Miss Tourism Day Oyo State pageant, which is aimed to bring out the natural beauties in African women. The event is packaged by End-Day Entertainment in conjunction with National Museum Of Unity, Alesinloye, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Veteran actor, Jibola Dabo, and Akin Olaiya have thrown their weights behind this laudable project, which is expected to hold soon.
Meanwhile, the organisers have called for entry into the competition with the sale of forms at the rate of N5,000. Participants must be from 18-26.
