Francis Narh Slapped With a Three-Game Ban

The Czech FA has banned the Ghanaian for taking the law into his own hands after slapping an opponent over an alleged racial taunt.

Ghanaian youngster Francis Narh of Czech side Banik Ostrava has been banned for three matches for slapping Argentine Aldo Baez of SK Slavia Praha over a racial slur.

Baez allegedly called the Ghanaian a monkey in their crunch game on August 15.

The disciplinary committee of the Czech FA sat on the case on Sunday afternoon and has handed the Ghanaian a three-match ban for taking the law into his own hands.

The body condemned the player for not informing the referee of the day, but has assured to investigate the allegation against the Argentine, Goal Ghana understands.

Banik Ostrava have indicated they will appeal against the decision against the Ghanaian since they believe he has been unfairly treated.

If the appeal fails, Narh will return for the clash against Primram FC in a fortnight.
