David Duncan’s Lawyer Rejects Hearts of Oak Request To Pay GH¢86,500 In Installment

Lawyer Amoah Larbi, legal representative of former Hearts of Oak Coach David Duncan has rejected the Rainbow Club’s request to pay his client an accrued amount of GH¢86,500 in installment.

An amount imposed on them by the Ghana FA as a penalty after breaching the terms of contract with the 50-year-old during his stay as the head coach of the team.

The status Committee of the Ghana Football Association early this year asked Hearts to pay coach David Duncan a penalty of GH¢86,500 after they were found guilty for the unlawful dismissal of their former employee.

Reports indicates that the Phobians had sent a request to the legal practitioner asking to pay the said amount in installment, but the lawyer of the Ghanaian tactician has rejected their demand, planning to write to the Ghana FA to make Hearts of Oak pay in full.

The former Sekondi Hasaacas and Ashanti Gold trainer was sacked as head coach of Hearts of Oak in November last year.
