Ghanaians Against Bad Governance comprising Ghanaians in the United States of America, have joined protests in solidarity with their fellow countrymen at home protesting harsh economic policies of the NDC and John Dramani Mahama-led government.
The group clad in red and black clothes wielding placards with frustrating headlines such as ”Stop Stealing From Your Own People, Ghana Abr3, John Mahama Must Go,” among others.
Back home in Ghana, labour unions are presently embarking on a one-day demonstration to protest high cost of living and increasingly worrying draconian taxes and bills.
The one-day demonstration against what Organised Labour is calling harsh economic conditions in the country, has seen shops and businesses closed throughout the day.
The nationwide demonstration is being held simultaneously across the regional capitals, with Greater Accra expected to record the highest turnout of discontented workers from all sectors of the economy.
