Didi Dramani Agree to Stay With Kotoko, set to Extend Contract

Ghanaian Champions Asante Kotoko are set to conclude contractual negotiations with head coach Didi Dramani on Monday, Ghanasportsonline can reveal.

The board of the Porcupine Warriors initiated a move to extend the contract of the former Black Maidens trainer even though they have not placed a firm offer on the table for the title-winning coach but talks between the two have continually stalled.

Despite several interest from rival club, Hearts of Oak to offer him an improved salary of GHC 8,000 every month and other better conditions of services, the CAF technical director has rejected the offers and is now set to extend his deal with the Porcupine Warriors.

“We have made several agreements with him and the board has been in constant negotiations as you all know”, Chief Executive Officer Opoku Nti told Angel FM

“He the coach has made it clear to us that he’s not moving to any club in Ghana here apart from Kotoko just that there were some little issues with the contract but by now all is set for him to put pen to paper on Monday, I can assure that to the fans”,

“Let me commend Didi because he has acted as a professional throughout all these weeks of prolonged talks”.
