“We Don’t Rob On Fridays And During Ramadan” – Nabbed Robbers In Ibadan Reveal

The Oyo State Police has arrested an 8- man gang who specializes in dressing in female attires with heavy made-up faces to deceive their preys.

The state police headquarters located at Eleyele paraded the  suspects yesterday with their inviting feminine looks accustomed with long weavons that dangle from their head down to their broad shoulders which also served as a shield to cover the masculinity of their chests.

One of the dare devils, Lawal Kabir told newsmen in during investigations about how he is a devout Muslim that keeps Fridays and Ramadan periods holy by not going on robbery operations with the gang. Explaining how he’s always asking for forgiveness every Friday in the Mosque, he revealed they have made many cry hence, his habit of asking for forgiveness from God always.

The eight man gang which included the masked Ayodele Olaitan, Omooba Oyewole, Biola Alaba , the ogbomoso born Sunday Omooba, who is a member of the Oodua  Peoples Congress, OPC, and also supplies the gang with guns, Adedeji Mustapha, Dolapo Olayinka and Yusuf Ibrahim frequent places like Osun, Sawmill, Iyana-Agbala and other places where they unleashed terror on unsuspecting innocent people.
