Zenith Hygiene Systems Limited, a subsidiary of the Zenith Hygiene Group Plc in the United Kingdom (UK), has launched its operations in Ghana.

The company, which is the largest privately-owned independent chemical company in the UK, enters Ghana with over 700 top-notch chemical products.

When fully operational by September 2014, Zenith Hygiene will be supplying a one-stop shop hygiene solution packages, including chemical, food, manufacturing, paper hygiene, waste management, personal hygiene, catering and cleaning equipment for hotels, restaurants, public houses, health care, leisure markets and contract cleaners.

Kojo Hasting, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zenith Hygiene Systems Ghana, who was speaking at the launch, said the company will offer chemical products to Ghanaians to enhance lives, stating that ‘we felt there was a niche for a new type of convenience for those who are looking for something special and varied.’

‘Our promise is to introduce stakeholders to our wide range of convenient products with constant supply,’ he said.

Mr. Hasting said Zenith Hygiene Systems boasts of quality products that focus on customer needs.

He said the company was committed to continuous improvement, adding that ‘so all products consistently meet the needs of customers and company with international standards.’

Mr. Hasting said although there were many chemicals and cleaning equipment companies in the country, Zenith Hygiene Systems intends to offer quality services, having developed cutting-edge means of meeting everyday cleaning and janitorial needs.

‘We understand how competitive the chemical and detergent industry is in Ghana. That notwithstanding, our products will make a mark shortly after they hit the market because of their quality and user friendliness,’ he said.
