Prez Mahama Is Practicing “Outside Gentility Home Cry” – Fmr NPP Youth Organizer

Immediate Past Youth Organizer of the opposition New Patriotic Party [NPP], Emmanuel Attefuah Danso has described Mahama’s governance as a “Nebuchadnezzar style of leadership” after he assured Guinea Bissau of economic and financial assistance.

According to him, whereas the nation is battling with its bedridden economy leaving behind an unbearable hardship on the citizenry, the President seems not to care. Thus, promising others of fortune.

“We are shocked to the marrow whether the President is not aware of the suffering Ghanaians especially what the youth and students are going through since he became President.

“…Under this Nebuchadnezzar style leadership of Mahama, the economy is likened to a sick patient on the psychiatric bed on the verge of comatose (death),” he said.

President John Mahama who is also the chair of ECOWAS made the assurance of the financial support when he met with Guinea Bissau’s President elect, Juan Mario Vaz at Peduase Lodge.

According to President Mahama consultations for the support from member states have already started.

Guinea Bissau which has been plagued with series of coup d’etats returned to democracy with the election into office of its former Finance Minister Juan Mario Vaz as President.

At the Peduase Lodge, President Juan Mario Vaz told President John Mahama that his country has been thrown into an economic crisis which is even threatening to affect a smooth organisation of his inaugural ceremony.

However, speaking with Peacefmonline.com, Attefuah Danso opined that President John Dramani Mahama is exhibiting a character christened “Outside gentility home cry”.

He noted that, “the youth of Ghana on whose platform he [President Mahama] campaigned into the office Presidency are hardly hit with events. The thanks and commendations of the youth by Mahama [President] are unemployment, high school fees and untold hardship.

“We [Ghanaians] cannot understand how President Mahama would be able to raise funds for Guinea Bissau whilst the centre is not holding in his country. We appreciate and believe in the foreign policy, diplomacy and the love for our neighbour but that cannot be done at the expense of ones country with almost similar problems”.

Nonetheless, the former NPP national youth organizer believes President Mahama has slapped a lot of hardships on Ghanaians which has earned him a title “National Liability to Ghana [NLG]”.

To him, the youth of Ghana are impatiently waiting for President Mahama to address all these concerns and restore us to the dignify place we were before he took over as President.
