In fear of being killed in Nigeria, she promised to do this after all the other attempts, like sending letters by her former female lovers from Britain and Nigeria and supporting statements from friends, failed, Independent UK reports.

The 47-year-old woman, accompanied by her girlfriend Happiness Agboro, lamented speaking with newsmen:

“I was asked to bring my supporting documents for my judicial review for the court to look at. What evidence do we have to compile apart from letters from people? I knew we had a home video of ourselves, so I thought why not just put it in? I cannot afford to go back to my county where I will be tortured, so if I have to prove it with a sexual video, then I have to do it.”

Ms Apata is not eager to disclose the sexual tape of personal character, saying she “feels so bad it’s got to this stage”.

Back in 2004 her asylum claim was on religious grounds. Ms Apata, from the Christian family, reportedly married a Muslim man to hide her relationships with a woman. According to her, the husband’s family discovered she was gay and dragged her to sharia court, which delivered the death verdict. Moreover, her brother and 3-year-old son were killed in related vigilante incidents.

The following asylum saga was marked by 2 rejected appeals, causing her live in Manchester streets. In 2012 she was nabbed however, while working with a false visa. The woman made another asylum claim, which was rejected even though she had given testimony that her Nigerian ex-lover had been killed in a vigilante attack.

At the current moment the Home Secretary Theresa May is considering her case, with more than 230,000-signature petition demanding to halt deportation.

Meanwhile Ms Apata unable to handle her emotions has been hospitalised with complex post-traumatic stress disorder.
