Alan Kyerematen to speak on Global Trade Reform at Chatam House Conference


New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer aspirant, Alan John Kwadwo Kyeremanten will on Tuesday June 10, 2014 be among distinguished trade experts to speak on the Future Dynamics of Global Trade in London.

The Conference which is under the auspices of Independent think tank on International Affairs, Chatham House is on the theme: Global Trade: A Trade System for the 21st Century.

As a prelude to tomorrow’s event, Mr. Kyerematen, an International Trade Expert shared his views on how trade agreements have been crucial in developing economies. He spoke on Trade Liberalization at the same venue.

The presidential hopeful until recently was the Coordinator for the Africa Trade Policy Centre of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa. He was also a former Minister of Trade, Industry and President’s Special Initiatives under the erstwhile Kufuor administration.

Meanwhile, Chatham House as a highly rated Independent Think Tank has played host to several distinguished conference panelists and speakers.
