THE BLACK Stars will top its group comprising of Germany, Portugal and USA at the Brazil World Cup, says Joseph yammin, Deputy youth and Sports Minister.
The Deputy Sports Minister is convinced that the Black Stars have a better team as compared to their group opponents.
Hon Yammin noted that ‘there is no way that first place finish at the group stage will elude the Black Stars.’
Ghana, he observed, has a compact team which is made up of players that are hungry for success at the Mundial.
He, therefore, entreated soccer fans in the country to have a strong belief in the Black Stars to deliver.
Hon Yammin said Ghana has the potential of winning all three matches at the group stage to finish as group leaders.
He said again that Ghana could win two games and draw one, or win one match and draw two, but could still top the group.
The Minister predicted that Ghana would cause a major upset at the Mundial, urging soccer fans to support the team.
