ADK Consortium Supports Black Stars

ADK Consortium, an engineering and architectural consulting firm, has donated GH ¢10,000 to the Ministry of  Youth and Sports (MOYS) ahead of the Brazil 2014 FIFA World  Cup tournament.

According to the Public Relations Officer of the consortium, Fauzia Anita Effah Kunsu, the donation is to support the MOYS to assist the various supporters unions in their World Cup campaign.

She added that the impact of the NSU would boost the performance of the Black Stars and hoped that the money would go a long way to help the union to cheer the players on to success.

Actor John Dumelo, one of the 2014 World Cup ambassadors, received the donation on behalf of the Ministry. He thanked the consortium for the support and   said, ‘We hope that more will come, and other corporate bodies will follow your shining example.’

ADK Consortium are consultants on a number of government projects such as the Konongo, Kumawu and Kwahu Water Projects, the Adjen Kotoku market redevelopment project, among others.
