Transfer News: Dutch side NAC Breda open talks with AC Milan to sign Ghanaian striker Boateng

Dutch Eredivisie side NAC Breda are close to signing Ghanaian striker Kingsley Boateng from Italian giants AC Milan, according to reports in the Italian media.

A host of Dutch sides have earmarked the 20-year-old who spent last season on loan at Catania but it is Breda who have taken the initiative to sign him.

Breda want to land the Italy U21 striker on permanent basis but Milan want to maintain their ownership of the player and might only allow him to head to Holland on loan.

Boateng, who could change his nationality to play for Ghana, made just six substitute appearances for Catania during his loan spell for the entire season.
