National Security Council to meet University of Ghana over toll booth

The National Security Council secretariat has scheduled a meeting with authorities at the University of Ghana to discuss the school’s decision to reconstruct a toll booth pulled down in February.

The then national security coordinator Col. Rtd Larry Gbevlo Lartey pulled down the structure built to collect tolls explaining that it was causing public nuisance and restricting the flow of traffic.

A statement signed by Col. Emmanuel Nibo assures the public of the secretariat’s preparedness to resolve the problem that the location of the toll booth is posing to motorists.
